We will do our best to prevent third-party access or interception but cannot guarantee security.

RIGHT TO MODIFY AND SUSPEND OR TERMINATE

Unauthorised use of Services;

Suspension due to unresolved disputes or complaints; or

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any other policy or document forming part of your agreement constitute the entire understanding between you and us, superseding all prior agreements, discussions, representations, warranties, understandings, and communications.

CHOICE OF LANGUAGE AND GOVERNING LAW

The governing law for these Terms shall law as applied within Curaçao jurisdiction, excluding conflicts laws. The language of this agreement is English, but we may translate the terms into other languages in which case both translations (the original and any translated versions) shall have equal validity.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve our right to change or modify these Terms at anytime without prior notice. It's your obligation to regularly review and check for updates, changes, or amendments as made from time-to-time by us through the Website.
